Spring GastroLovers returns to Los Cristianos with Michelin-star chef Rubén Cuesta

Spring Hoteles is bringing back Spring GastroLovers to the Arona Gran Hotel in Los Cristianos on Saturday, 22nd November, with a one-off tasting menu led by Rubén Cuesta, the Michelin-starred chef of Kamezí Restaurant (Lanzarote).
After the success of the previous edition, this second 2025 dinner further cements the event as a highlight of the Canary Islands’ culinary calendar.
Serving in the hotel’s Jarea restaurant, with sweeping views over Los Cristianos bay, Cuesta will showcase produce and flavours from Lanzarote. Dishes will include signatures such as his famed La Santa red prawn (carabinero) and kid goat, among other seasonal creations. “I’m really looking forward to coming to Spring, living up to expectations, and making sure everyone loves the menu,” he said.
The wine pairing will be curated and presented by Jonatan García, one of Spain’s most respected winemakers. García heads Suertes del Marqués in La Orotava, a winery named by Wine & Spirits among the Top 100 Wineries in the World, and will also share insights from other successful collaborations, including Ocampo Vinos.
Guests can make a night of it with exclusive packages at the Hotel Arona Gran. The experience for those booking accommodation includes:
- A pre-dinner aperitif on the UP! rooftop terrace
- Breakfast the following morning
