Adeje Town Hall’s Department of Health and Quality of Life has announced the launch of a new edition of the Adeje Saludable programme, running from September to December 2025. The initiative is designed to promote healthy habits, overall well-being, and a better quality of life among the local population.

The programme offers a varied calendar of activities for people of all ages and levels of experience. Its main focus is to encourage active lifestyles, balanced nutrition, and emotional care through practical workshops, informative talks, and participatory sessions. All activities are led by specialised professionals and based on scientific evidence.

According to the council, these actions form part of Adeje’s wider strategy to position itself as a municipality committed to prevention, health education, and the continuous improvement of residents’ quality of life.
