Customers at a bar in San Isidro in the south of Tenerife had a lucky escape this afternoon when a woman lost control of her car and crashed through a wall into the terrace just missing a customer who was quietly enjoying an afternoon drink.
In the security camera footage, you can see how the car comes through the wall and falls into the terrace of the bar El Tankito and gets wedged between the terrace wall and the walkway whilst customers scrambled to safety.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident, that happened at around 3.30pm this afternoon (Friday), including the female driver who was shaken by the accident.
The fire brigade have secured the vehicle and will now proceed to remove it from its precarious location.
