Cloudy skies and rains are back in the Canary Islands this weekend

Following last weekend’s tropical storm, which left the Canary Islands on Tuesday, more cloudy skies and rain are forecast from today (Friday) and during the weekend.

Some rain is expected in all of the islands, but it will generally be localised showers, except for at altitude on the more mountainous islands where it will be more intense

TENERIFE:
General: Cloudy and rainy in the north, showers in the south during the afternoon, but clearing on Sunday.
Humidity: 79%
Precipitation: 63% - Showers on Friday and Saturday.

Temperatures: Maximum 26°C and minimum 21°C.

GRAN CANARIA (South):
General: Cloudy in the north and inland, clearer in the south but light rain forecast across the island, clear and sunny on Sunday.
Humidity: 77%
Precipitation: 72% - Showers in the morning getting stronger in the afternoon.
Wind: Strong, 32km/h from the northeast
Temperatures: Maximum 25°C and minimum 21°C.

LANZAROTE:
General: Cloudy intervals with a probability of weak and occasional rains. Sunny on Sunday.
Humidity: 77%
Precipitation: 21% - Possible early morning drizzle.
Wind: Strong, 37km/h from the north.
Temperatures: Maximum 26°C and minimum 20°C.

FUERTEVENTURA:
General: Cloudy intervals with a low probability of light showers.
Humidity: 77%
Precipitation: 7% - Not much rain forecast.
Wind: Strong, 35km/h from the north.
Temperatures: Maximum 26°C and minimum 21°C.

LA PALMA:
General: Cloudy and rainy all weekend, but starting to clear on Sunday afternoon.
Humidity: 66%
Precipitation: 58% - moderate rainfall is forecast.

LA GOMERA:
General: Cloudy skies with persistent showers on Friday and Saturday, clearing on Sunday.
