Hilton Grand Vacations has officially launched its brand in Tenerife with the reopening of two renovated holiday resorts in Costa Adeje, adding 250 self-catering apartments to the island's tourist accommodation. The move is the company's first properties to operate under the Hilton Grand Vacations name in Tenerife.
Royal Sunset Beach Club in Playa de Fañabé and Sunset Harbour Club in Pueblo Torviscas have both reopened following extensive refurbishment and modernisation works. The resorts were previously part of the Diamond Resorts portfolio but have now been rebranded under Hilton Grand Vacations.

The two resorts are aimed mainly at families and visitors planning longer stays, combining apartment-style accommodation with resort facilities.
Royal Sunset Beach Club features 126 apartments, along with a heated outdoor pool, wellness area, gym and poolside bar. Nearby, Sunset Harbour Club offers 124 apartments, a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, gym, children's playground and sun terrace.
Although the resorts are operating under a new brand, they are not new developments. The properties have been refurbished and upgraded before reopening as the first Hilton Grand Vacations resorts on the island.

The company says this is only the beginning of its expansion in Tenerife. Three more recently acquired resorts are due to be refurbished and added to its European portfolio in the coming months, including Royal Tenerife Country Club, Sunset Bay Club, Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club and Sunset View Club.
Hilton Grand Vacations Executive Vice President Derek de Salvia described the reopening as a big milestone for the company. Tourism leaders have welcomed the investment, saying it supports Tenerife's strategy of attracting international brands while modernising its accommodation offering. They believe projects like this will help strengthen the island's position as a high-quality holiday destination and keep it competitive in the global tourism market.
