GOOD SIGN: Capacity allowed at football stadiums in Spain is increased

As the epidemiological situation of Covid-19 continues to improve in Spain and, with it, normality is gradually recovering, as are some of the things we like to do. This afternoon (Wednesday), the Interterritorial Council of the National Health System (CISNS) has approved an increase at sports stadiums so that more people can go and watch their favourite team.

From today, September 1st until the 3oth, the Public Health representatives of the Autonomous Communities and the Ministry of Health have agreed to increase the allowed capacity to 60% in outdoor stadiums and to 40% when it comes to closed spaces.

However, they do point out that this is an agreement of maximum capacity allowed, and that some regions may decide to reduce the permitted number depending on their own epidemiological situation. They also confirmed that the measure will be reviewed again on September 30^th.
