Jet2 have announced they have more than 1.3 million seats scheduled for the Canary Islands for the summer of 2023, which represents a 5% increase in flight seats offered for sale for the summer of 2023 for the main four islands it flys to Tenerife, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, and Fuerteventura.
In the case of Lanzarote, there will be close to 360,000 seats available this year, which is 13,000 more than in the summer of 2022. They will also be working with more than 120 hotels and 50 villas directly, and the number of flights will reach 57 per week. Find out more information from Jet2's website here.
In absolute terms, Jet2 will have 213 flights per week this summer to the four Canary Islands, flying from all of their 10 bases in the UK located in Leeds, Manchester, London-Stansted, Newcastle, Bristol, Birmingham, East Midlands, Belfast, Glasgow, and Edinburgh.
Likewise, Jet2holidays, the airline's tour operator offering package holidays, announced a few days ago that they have achieved the status of the largest tour operator in the UK with half a million more seats this summer than TUI UK, will work directly with more than 430 hotels and almost 80 villas in the Canary Islands this summer.
