The Fire Brigade responded to an alert at an abandoned building located at the Playa Blanca Pier in Yaiza (Lanzarote), in the early hours of this morning (Sunday), which affected rubbish and belongings inside it.
Upon receiving the call, firefighters took action to control the fire using high-pressure water and spray, successfully extinguishing the flames efficiently.
Once the extinguishing process was completed and the area secured, the collection of burned materials took place, concluding the emergency situation without any injuries or threat to human life.
