21 year old woman dies from Coronavirus in the Canary Islands

The Ministry of Health has informed today of the death of a 21 year old woman in hospital in Tenerife, with no previous illnesses or pathologies.

She was in follow-up after catching the virus at a family party, testing positive and then requiring hospitalisation.

There are no further details at the moment apart from the fact that she had been transferred to Intensive Care to be put on a ventilator.
