One lucky person wins €130m Euromillions jackpot, plus there’s a double win in the Canaries

Friday’s Euromillions draw (26th September) produced a single jackpot winner who walked away with a staggering €130 million, with the lucky ticket validated in Belgium.
However, there were also two winning tickets in the second prize category (5 + 1) in Spain, each worth €95,952 It has been confirmed that both are located here in the Canary Islands, with one sold in Arrecife (Lanzarote) at outlet No. 44,785 on Carlos V, 1, and the other in La Laguna (Tenerife) at outlet No. 67,290 in Camino Hornera, Residencial Campus, 2nd phase, L-3.
Meanwhile, the special El Millón code prize, exclusive to Spain, was validated in Málaga at outlet No. 51,345 on Barlovento, 2.
The winning numbers for Friday 26th September 2025 were 04 – 17 – 25 – 28 – 44, and the Stars were 5 & 11. The winning El Millón code was: TGX72405.
For the next Euromillions draw, there will be a guaranteed jackpot fund of €17 million for first-category winners.
Since its launch in 2004, Euromillions has become Europe’s largest lottery, with nine participating countries. The biggest jackpot to date was €220 million, won on 15th October 2021.
Players select five main numbers from 1 to 50 and two “stars” from 1 to 12, with tickets costing €2.50 per line. In Spain, each Euromillions ticket automatically includes a code for the El Millón draw, offering an extra chance to win €1 million.
Prizes of up to €2,000 can be claimed at authorised lottery retailers, while larger amounts are paid by bank transfer. Winnings over €40,000 are subject to a 20% tax deduction.
