HiperDino offers 50% discount on school supplies in the Canary Islands
With the new school year approaching, September often brings a financial strain for many families as they prepare to cover the cost of books, uniforms, and supplies. To help ease the burden, supermarket chain HiperDino has launched a special campaign offering customers 50% of their school supply spend back in the form of a discount coupon until 8th September.
Anyone buying school supplies in participating HiperDino, SuperDino stores, or through the online shop will receive a coupon equal to half the amount they spent. This voucher can then be used on future purchases made between 9th and 30th September.
How it works
The discount coupon is printed automatically on your receipt and can only be used on purchases equal to or greater than the discount amount. It cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers, and is not valid for tobacco, alcohol, or mobile top-ups.
Where it applies
The campaign is available in all islands at HiperDino, SuperDino, and online, but excludes HiperDino Express and DinoShop.
Participating stores include locations such as Chafiras II, Las Rotondas, Güímar, Adeje, San Isidro, El Médano, Corralejo, Gran Tarajal, Vecindario, 7 Palmas, Gáldar, Arucas, Santa Úrsula, Valverde, La Grama, and many others.
What’s included
The promotion covers a wide range of back-to-school essentials such as notebooks, folders, binders, covers, pencil cases, coloured pencils, pens, craft kits, calculators, and even flutes. Reading books are excluded, and items are subject to availability while stocks last.
Returns policy
Returns must be made at the same store where the items were purchased, within the period stated on the receipt, and with the original packaging. In such cases, the value of the previously issued coupon will be deducted, although the coupon itself will remain valid for use within the promotional period. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
HiperDino says the initiative is designed to support thousands of Canary Islands families during one of the most expensive times of the year. By recovering half of what they spend on school supplies, customers can offset the cost of the return to the classroom with savings on later purchases.
