The State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) are forecasting temperatures of 24°C today (Friday) as the weather continues to improve, although there are scattered showers forecast in parts of Tenerife and Gran Canaria. Likewise, there are currently no active weather warnings in the Archipelago.
AEMET say that there will be cloudy intervals, particularly in the more mountainous islands, with rain in the south and east of the central islands, but all will be sunnier than they have been recently, with highs of 24°C and lows around 16 or 17°C.
