LIVVO Hotel Group opens revamped Jandía Golf Resort in Fuerteventura
LIVVO Hotel Group has officially opened the newly renovated Hotel LIVVO Jandía Golf and its signature restaurant El 19 by Pellizco in Morro Jable, marking a fresh chapter for the property after several years closed.
The inauguration brought together around 100 guests, including representatives from local institutions — such as the Mayor of Pájara and the Cabildo’s Tourism Councillor — as well as tour operators, travel agents, business partners, and the hotel’s own team, family members, and collaborators.
Guests enjoyed a lively evening featuring live music, a DJ, and a culinary showcase by the El 19 by Pellizco kitchen team, who prepared a selection of dishes combining local ingredients with creative techniques — a preview of the restaurant’s ambition to become a gastronomic reference point in the south of the island.
A new era for Jandía Golf
During the event, LIVVO executives highlighted the importance of this opening within the company’s expansion strategy in the Canary Islands and praised the effort of everyone who contributed to the project’s successful completion.
The hotel has undergone a full refurbishment, now offering updated facilities, enhanced comfort, new guest experiences, and a strong commitment to sustainability and integration with the natural surroundings of Jandía.
For the destination itself, the opening reinforces Jandía’s positioning in the golf tourism market, while expanding the area’s offer with an attractive new option for both residents and visitors.
LIVVO Hoteles says this inauguration marks "a new stage" for the property and the region — adding renewed vitality to one of Fuerteventura’s most popular holiday destinations.
