Latvian airline airBaltic has announced a new direct flight between Gran Canaria and the Norwegian city of Molde, starting later this year.
The weekly flight will operate every Wednesday from 29th October 2025 through to 8th April 2026.
The journey is expected to take around five hours and 40 minutes, and tickets are already on sale, with prices starting at €139 for economy class and €395 for business.
The Molde route becomes airBaltic’s seventh direct connection from Gran Canaria, joining existing services to Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius, Billund, Oslo Torp and Ljubljana.
Acting Chief Commercial Officer at airBaltic, Thomas Alexander Ramdahl, said, “We’re pleased to continue expanding our network from Gran Canaria to even more European destinations, helping to strengthen the island’s international links.”
Speaking about the new destination, he added: “Molde, with its spectacular fjord views and rich cultural scene, is a great addition to our growing list of routes from Spain. We look forward to welcoming passengers on board and delivering a smooth, high-quality service on our Airbus A220-300 aircraft, which are gradually being equipped with free SpaceX Starlink internet.”
