AEMET forecasts rain in the Canary Islands this Wednesday

The State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) has announced the likelihood of rain showers tomorrow (Wednesday) in the Canary Islands, which will be generally light during the early hours and at the end of the day on the northern slopes of the more mountainous islands, as well as in inland areas during the afternoon.

In its forecast for tomorrow, AEMET expects partly cloudy skies with overcast conditions prevailing in inland areas in the afternoon. Additionally, there will be a significant presence of high-level clouds, especially in the latter half of the day.

Temperatures will drop slightly particularly in the mountainous areas. Thus, both in the provinces of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Las Palmas, temperatures will range from 24°C to 28°C.

The wind will be moderate, blowing from the northeast, and it will be somewhat stronger in the extreme northwest and southeast slopes of the islands.
