AEMET forecasts more rain, colder temperatures, and strong winds in the Canaries

The State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) has maintained yellow weather warnings today on all of the islands for coastal phenomena and strong gusts of wind on the east and northwest slopes and summits of La Gomera, Gran Canaria, and Lanzarote.

The weather forecast for today, indicates that in Gran Canaria will be cloudy in the north with the probability of light rain during the first half of the day, mainly in the midlands; and in the rest of the areas there will be cloudy intervals, with slightly cloudy skies predominating in the southwest in the afternoon.

As for Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, there will be cloudy intervals that will tend to be slightly cloudy at the end of the afternoon.
