Light rains are forecast this Wednesday with temperatures up to 25°C

Today’s weather forecast for the province of Las Palmas (Wednesday), shows that the northern and eastern coasts of Gran Canaria will be cloudy with occasional light rains and cloudy intervals during the afternoon, while in the rest of the island there will be mainly high clouds, getting cloudier in the afternoon with some rain too, according to the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet).

In Lanzarote and Fuerteventura there will be cloudy intervals with a low probability of occasional showers, and temperatures are forecast to stay the same in coastal areas, particularly in the south, but will drop inland. In Gran Canaria a high of 25°C and a low of 20°C are expected.

Regarding the wind, it will be weak to moderate from the northeast and will be more intense on the southeast and northwest coasts.

In the western province, cloudy skies are forecast, clearing in the north at the end of the afternoon, except in summits where there will be high clouds. Likewise, rain is expected in the morning in the north and northeast, and in the south during the afternoon.

Again, temperatures are forecast to stay the same in coastal areas, with a high of 25°C in Tenerife and La Gomera, and a low of 17°C in El Hierro.

Moderate winds are forecast from the northeast getting more intense on the southeast and northwest coasts, and in central peaks, they will be light to moderate wind from the northwest.
