Tenerife's Siam Park has been named Europe's Best Water Park for the 15th consecutive year, continuing an unbroken run at the top of the European Star Awards.

The Costa Adeje attraction received the award at the European Star Awards 2026, organised by specialist industry publication Kirmes & Park International and presented during this week's IAAPA Expo Europe in London.

Siam Park has taken first place in the water park category in every edition of the awards since they were launched in 2012.

The awards are decided by an international independent jury of industry experts, which considers factors including innovation, operational standards, safety, the quality of facilities and the ability to offer distinctive visitor experiences.

Three Siam Park slides also make European top 10

Siam Park also achieved further recognition this year, with three of its attractions ranked among Europe's ten best water slides.

Saifa, Singha and Power of Tower all made the top ten in the European Star Awards' water-slide category.

According to Siam Park, it was the only European water park to place more than one attraction in the top ten this year.

The result adds another major industry accolade for one of Tenerife's best-known tourist attractions, which opened in Costa Adeje in 2008.

Siam Park combines water attractions with Thai-inspired architecture, extensive landscaping and botanical areas and has continued investing in new rides and technology during its 18 years of operation.

Christoph Kiessling, vice-president of the Loro Parque Group, highlighted the significance of achieving 15 consecutive first places, saying the award reflects continued investment, innovation and the work of the park's team.

The European Star Awards were presented as part of IAAPA Expo Europe, which is taking place at ExCeL London this week and brings together professionals and companies from the international attractions industry.
