A cloudy Sunday with scattered showers at altitude

The forecast from the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) predicts cloudy skies in the north of the islands of Tenerife, Gran Canaria, and La Palma today, Sunday, with the possibility of weak, occasional, and scattered showers, especially this morning.

During the day there will be cloudy intervals in Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, where there is also a good chance of some rain, particularly in Lanzarote. In all other areas, it will be cloudy with sunny intervals and generally brighter all day.

Winds will blow from the north, with strong gusts at the beginning of the day, and locally, very strong gusts in high areas and on the northwest and southeast slopes of the islands, mainly during the first half of the day. Sunset will be at 7.10pm tonight.

Precipitation: 24% - Some light rain later in the day.
Wind: Strong, 34km/h from the north.
Temperatures: Maximum 19°C and minimum 13°C.

FUERTEVENTURA:
General: Partly cloudy this morning, but clearing this afternoon.
Humidity: 63%
Precipitation: 15% - possible light showers during the morning.
