The Canary Islands will see a mix of cloud cover and moderate northeast winds this Friday, with a chance of occasional light drizzle in some areas, according to the latest forecasts from the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET).
Temperatures are expected to remain largely unchanged, while maritime conditions will feature northerly to north-easterly winds ranging from force 4 to 6, with moderate to strong seas and a north swell of 1 to 2 metres.
For the mountainous islands, cloud cover is expected in northern areas with some clear spells emerging in the afternoon. There is a low probability of occasional drizzle at mid-altitudes during the early morning and evening. Elsewhere, skies will remain mostly clear.
On Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, expect a mix of cloudy intervals and clearer skies during the central part of the day.

Cloudy in the north and west, with significant clearings in the afternoon. Elsewhere, mostly clear with some early morning clouds. Moderate north-easterly winds, occasionally strong in interior areas during the afternoon.

Cloudy intervals in the north and west, especially early and late in the day. Clearer skies in other areas. Temperatures stable. Moderate north-easterly winds, occasionally strong in the southern part of Jandía during the afternoon.

GRAN CANARIA
Mostly cloudy in the north with some sunny intervals during midday. Light drizzle is possible in mid-altitude areas early and late in the day. Elsewhere, clear with some morning cloud. Moderate trade winds, stronger in southeastern and northwestern slopes, with a chance of locally very strong gusts. Breezes along southwestern coasts.

TENERIFE
Predominantly cloudy in the north, with a low chance of light drizzle in mid-altitude areas, especially in the northeast. Other areas and central highlands will see clearer skies, with some morning clouds in the west. Moderate north-easterly winds, occasionally strong in southeast and far northwest, where strong gusts may occur. Breezes are expected along western shores. Light westerly winds at high altitudes.
