Queues to access beaches this Good Friday which have extra policing
As expected, there has been a massive influx on to the islands beaches all of this week, but it has especially risen today, and will continue to do so over the Easter weekend as people are of work, and many have flocked from the north to the sunshine.
The municipalities in the south of Tenerife have programmed capacity control systems to guarantee anti-Covid measures, with extra police, beach patrols, and Red Cross staff ensuring that people respect the rules.
