The emergency services have recovered the lifeless bodies of two climbers that had an accident whilst scaling the Roque de la Catedral, in the Tenerife municipality of La Orotava, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center.
At 3:30pm yesterday (Sunday), 112 received an alert informing of the location of two climbers in an area of difficult access in the aforementioned natural area, and dispatched a rescue helicopter and a land unit from the Emergency and Rescue Group (GES) of the Government of the Canary Islands.
