One person is killed in a fire in a garage at a house in Adeje
One person has been killed in a garage fire at a house in El Madronal on Avenida Kurt Konrad Mayer in Adeje this morning. The Emergency Services Coordination Centre received an urgent call at 7.30 this morning reporting a fire, and the fire brigades from Adeje and San Miguel were dispatched immediately to the area.
After extinguishing the flames, the Tenerife Fire Department have reported that three vehicles were affected, and the body of the deceased person was found inside one of them.
The National Police has taken charge of the case to formally identify the person found dead and to find out how the fire started.
