New four-star superior hotel to open in Corralejo this October
A new addition to Fuerteventura’s hotel scene is set to open at the end of October, as the Domínguez brothers launch their latest project in Corralejo. The HD Lobos Natura Fuerteventura, a four-star superior hotel with 261 rooms, will be located right by the coast with views across to Lobos Island, the natural landscape that inspired its name and design.
Refurbishment of a classic resort
Rather than building from scratch, HD Hotels have carried out a complete transformation of the former Oasis Village hotel. The 33,000m² site has been redesigned around five new buildings set in landscaped gardens, with the standout feature being “Las Lagunitas”, a lagoon-style pool area designed to immerse guests in a natural setting.
Spaces for every type of guest
The hotel will feature three distinct areas designed to meet the needs of different travellers. The Family and Joy zone is aimed at families, offering facilities and activities to ensure children enjoy unforgettable holidays in a sustainable environment.
For those seeking tranquillity, the Adults Only section will provide a private setting for rest and relaxation. The most exclusive experience will be offered in the EMBLEM area, which is the premium brand of HD Hotels, including swim-up rooms and unique details to create a luxury stay.
Guests will also be able to enjoy a wide variety of dining options and experiential spaces, designed to highlight the island’s natural and cultural appeal.
Commitment to sustainability
HD Hotels say the new property reflects their strong commitment to sustainability and the environment. The group follows a sustainable management model aimed at balancing tourism with the local community while reducing its carbon footprint. The company already holds several recognised accreditations, including ISO 14001, EMAS, and the Gold-level Travelife certification.
The opening of HD Lobos Natura marks the fifth establishment in the Canary Islands for the Domínguez brothers.
