Binter suspends flights with La Palma again as they cannot guarantee safety
Binter Airlines have announced that they are extending the suspension of their flights with La Palma after trying to make a flight today and verifying that the necessary conditions to guarantee safety are not at the required standard if connections are resumed.
The airline has said that they will try again tomorrow if AENA, AEMET, and the rest of the authorities confirm that favourable conditions exist.
On the other hand, the company is responding through the usual channels to requests for changes or refunds that may be received from affected passengers on these flights.
Binter said they are constantly following the evolution of the situation, and are in contact with the aeronautical authorities. Due to the exceptional and unprecedented situation, they will inform of any news or changes that may occur, through its usual channels, and in addition recommends that before flying, the updated status of the flight is checked on the official Binter web and social media pages.
