Voting closes on Sunday night for the Tenerife Entertainment Awards 2023

The Tenerife Entertainment Awards, affectionately known as the TEAs, first started in 2006 to showcase the incredible talent in the south of the island and give the circuit a boost it was experiencing difficulties due to the global economic crisis, with a small event in the centre of Las Americas at Pleasure Island.

Over the years it has grown to be one of the most popular days of the year, when the entertainers come together and get a chance to see each other in one place, and residents and tourists get to vote for who they want to win in 11 different categories.


Highlights from the Tenerife Entertainment Awards 2019

This year the main event is at Castillo San Miguel in Aldea Blanca on Sunday 12th November sponsored by BGR Solutions, with doors opening at 1pm. The theme for 2023 is Action Movies and the public have voted in their thousands to find their ‘Superheroes’ in the following nine categories:

Best Female Singer
Best Compere
Best DJ
Best Group
Best Vocal Group
Best Live Band
Best Solo Musician
Best Solo Performer
Best Variety Act.

The vote for these closes tomorrow (Sunday 5th November) at 11:59pm, and so far, almost 100,000 votes have been received from residents in Tenerife and holidaymakers who flock to see their favourite acts in Tenerife year after year.

The remaining two categories, Best Male Singer and Best Tribute Act, will be voted for on the day after a live performance from the nominees at the castle, which the public can join in by watching the event live online via the TEAs website.

If you want to vote before the deadline, please visit vote.teaawards.com and fill in the voting form, and if you want to go to the event, there are a few tickets left available at Oasis Fm studios in Las Chafiras from Monday at 11am.
