Two people die days after serious crash on motorway in the south of Tenerife

Two of the three people seriously injured in a head-on collision on the TF-1 in Tenerife on Monday, have now died from their injuries following the devastating crash in which one of the cars burst into flames.
The accident happened near Guía de Isora and involved two vehicles in a high-impact collision that left all occupants with critical injuries.
One of the victims, a 27-year-old man from the north of the island whose car caught fire, has died from his injuries following the crash, which included severe burns.
The second fatality is a 26-year-old French woman who was travelling in the other vehicle. She was accompanied by her partner, a 30-year-old man of the same nationality, who remains in a very serious condition.
An investigation is now underway to determine the exact cause of the accident, including the circumstances leading up to the head-on crash.
The incident has once again raised concerns about road safety on Tenerife’s main motorway network.
