Ticket prices and sale dates are confirmed for Ed Sheeran concert in Tenerife

Ed Sheeran has surprised everyone by announcing that he is coming to Tenerife on June 29th with his '+-=x' Mathematics Tour, with which he has broken box office records in Asia, the Middle East and Europe, thanks to the production company New Event.

The concert is confirmed to be on Saturday 29^th June 2024 at the Heliodoro Rodríguez López football stadium in the capital of Tenerife, and tickets will go on sale this Friday, November 10th at 10:00am (local time) via www.newevent.es, www.edsheeran.com and www.entradas.com.

Tickets are priced from 69€ to 89€ (plus booking fee) depending on where you sit or stand, and anyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult, and 16 to 18-year-olds must have a completed authorization form to be there without an adult.

Sheeran arrives in the Canary Islands after breaking attendance records at his concerts in the United States, with full houses at the Sofi stadium in Los Angeles and at the Metlife in New Jersey. At the latter, he achieved the largest single-day concert attendance in the United States to date.

Production company New Event, organisers of the concert, said: “Ed Sheeran's performance in Tenerife has already become a historic event worldwide and the island will become the epicenter of music throughout the world on June 29^th next year, since it is also the first time that Ed Sheeran lands with his music in the archipelago.”

They added that the concert by the British musician and singer “is not only a first-rate event, but it is also a tourist attraction for the archipelago and an economic engine for the island of Tenerife and the rest of the Canary Islands. And there will be many music lovers who will travel from mainland Spain and the other islands to enjoy Ed Sheeran live.”
