A person has been spotted riding an electric scooter along the TF-1 motorway in the south of Tenerife, in what authorities have labelled a dangerous, illegal, and irresponsible act.

The incident occurred on the TF-1 motorway near Arico, heading south, and was captured from another vehicle. The footage shows the rider travelling along the hard shoulder of one of the island’s busiest roads.
