Missing man found safe in south Tenerife after two-week search

A man reported missing in the south of Tenerife has been found safe and well after more than two weeks, bringing a positive end to a local search effort.
Ramón Jesús V. D., a resident of Adeje, had been missing since 1st March, when he was last seen wearing black tracksuit bottoms, black trainers and a short-sleeved shirt with a green design on it.
Located in good health
According to the Adeje Local Police, the man has now been found in good condition. Officers confirmed that he was placed under their protection and remained in police care until his family arrived.
With his discovery, the active search operation in southern Tenerife has now been officially called off.
Public help proved decisive
They have highlighted the crucial role played by the public in resolving the case. Following the initial missing person report, officers shared details and descriptions on social media channels, appealing for assistance from residents.
This cooperation ultimately led to information that helped authorities locate the man.
