HiperDino opened its latest store yesterday (Monday), located next to MediaMarkt, Kiabi, and Leroy Merin in the newly developed Adeje Shopping business park in the south of Tenerife. This new store is one of the biggest in the south and cost five million euros to develop.
Construction of this new store began at the end of February this year. It covers a total area of 5,200 square metres, with 3,500 square metres dedicated to the shop floor with thousands of products on sale and a large amount of free parking.
At the main entrance, customers will find 14 checkout lanes, including four self-checkout stations, before they enter and find sections with fresh produce including a fruit and vegetable section, bakery, deli, butcher, and fish counter.
Additionally, it offers speciality sections such as organic, gourmet, wine cellar, sushi corner, and an assisted perfumery. Complementary services provided include home delivery, and free in-store Wi-Fi. The store is open daily from 9:00am to 10:00pm.
Residents could see green and yellow balloons lining the streets marking the opening ceremony which was attended by HiperDino’s General Manager, Olivia Llorca; Adeje’s Councillor for Urban Planning, Manuel Luis Méndez; the Councillor for Employment and Commerce, Alberto Álvarez; and the Councillor for Equality, José Antonio López. Members of the Management Committee and other representatives of the chain were also present.
