Beach in Costa Adeje closed due to high E.coli levels in the water
Adeje town hall have informed that Playa El Pinque, by Hard Rock Hotel in Playa Paraiso in the south of Tenerife, has been closed to the public this morning after results of routine water tests showed high levels of bacteria in the water.
The beach has been closed as a precautionary measure as specifically, high levels of E.coli were recorded which can cause health problems.
The public are currently prohibited from entering the sea until further tests show that levels have returned back to normal, and it is deemed safe to swim in.
