In a thrilling spectacle that captivated the audience for over two and a half hours, the verdict of both the official jury and the enthusiastic public has bestowed the coveted title of Queen of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Carnival 2024 upon Corina Mrazek González, who holds one of the most prestigious titles on the island.
The aspiring queen, representing Añaza Carrefour Shopping Centre with a stunning design by Santi Castro titled "El Mundo" (The World), dazzled the crowd with her grace and beauty.
Joining Corina on this royal journey are her esteemed court members. Lucía Hernández Alonso claimed the prestigious title of First Lady of Honour, adorned in a splendid design named "El Nacimiento de Venus" (The Birth of Venus) by Alexis Santana, representing Mc Donald's and El Día.
Anikirian Idariana Marcano Cartagena, bedecked in the mesmerizing "Euforia" by Jorge González Santana, earned the title of Second Lady of Honour, representing the Arona Council. Nancy González Bethencourt, adorned in the regal "Juana de Arco" by Juan Carlos Armas, seized the position of Third Lady of Honour, representing Dormitorum and El Gusto Por El Vino.
Completing the court of honour is the fourth lady, Rosalva Morales Benítez, representing Repsol Grupo Canarias. She graced the stage in the enchanting design named "Zibá" by Yanira and Cristian Santana.
The night marked a historic triumph for Santi Castro, achieving a milestone matched by only a select few designers: securing three consecutive carnival queen titles, a feat last accomplished by Leo Martínez in 2011.
Adding to the celebration, the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Carnival now boasts not only a queen but also Miss World Spain 2023, a prestigious title held by the newly crowned sovereign.
