A six-year-old boy in hospital after being run over in Tenerife
A six-year-old boy has been injured after he was run over last night (Saturday) in the municipality of Arico in Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency Services Coordination Centre (CECOES).
CECOES received an alert at around 9:30pm informing them that a child had been run over on Calle La Medida and needed urgent medical assistance.
They immediately sent the necessary emergency resources to the location given, where paramedics treated the young boy for a bad leg injury and stabilised him before taking him to Nuestra Sra. De Candelaria University Hospital for further treatment.
He is currently in hospital and expected to make a full recovery.
