A goat is spotted going for a walk on the motorway in Tenerife
Drivers in Tenerife had a shock yesterday when they came across a goat going for a walk on the TF-5 motorway in the north of the island. A video circulating on social media shows the goat happily trotting along the busy road by the fast lane.
The presence of the animal caused traffic to slow down as drivers took caution to pass it, which lead to tailbacks on the carriageway at the Puerto de La Cruz exit in the direction of La Orotava, but fortunately, there were no accidents.
Eventually, the goat left the carriageway unharmed, going between stationary cars and heading for a field.
