232 apartment residential complex announced for Callao Salvaje
Property developer Avantespacia has announced a new residential housing project in Callao Salvaje, in the south of Tenerife. Called Talaïa Residences, the development will include 232 apartments built on the coastline next to Ajabo Beach.
This is the second major housing project announced in the area this month. Earlier in January, developer Metrovacesa confirmed it had begun work on its Abora development in Costa Adeje, a €55.97 million project featuring 138 apartments in a five-storey building.
Avantespacia says Talaïa Residences will be built on a plot on Avenida de La Galga, with nearly 27,000 square metres available for construction. The private complex will include six buildings with a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom homes, as well as parking spaces, storage rooms, and communal facilities.
Residents will also have access to landscaped gardens, outdoor swimming pools, a gym and spa area, and secure entry systems. A specialist property consultancy will handle the marketing and sales of the development as it gets underway.
