Lifeless body found in a ravine in Arona in south Tenerife
CECOES has reported that a dead body was discovered in a ravine yesterday (Sunday) in the municipality of Arona in the south of Tenerife.
The Canary Islands Emergency Services Coordination Centre received a 1-1-2 emergency alert earlier in the day, and immediately activated the necessary resources, including the Guardia Civil, who are now leading the investigation.
At this stage, the authorities have not released further details regarding the identity of the deceased or the circumstances surrounding the discovery. The investigation is ongoing.
