In a bizarre turn of events, a couple of holidaymakers who booked an Airbnb to stay in during their holiday in Tenerife were left open-mouthed when they discovered their lodging wasn’t the house they thought they were renting, but a shed in the back garden.
One of them, who goes by the username @wisemmmmm, shared their ordeal on TikTok, saying "You can't trust the photos on the Internet!"
Despite expecting a modest accommodation that met their basic needs, upon arrival at the location, they realised they weren't going to stay in the house that was visible from the street.
Instead, their bed was inside a wooden shed in the garden, and the bathroom was in a small room, also in the outdoor area.
Although the exact location of this accommodation in Tenerife has not been disclosed, the guests saw the funny side and were seen laughing hysterically in their video… but, would you? Maybe it's safer to book a hotel!
