Siam Park claims a record 2017 visitors

THE Canary Islands have created a record as far as the number of annual visitors are concerned, and Siam Park is following the same pattern!

In 2017, the Park registered a new attendance record of more than 1.2 million visitors, both Canaries’ residents and travellers from all over the globe.

It was a mighty 20% growth on last year’s figures, and means that more than 7.3 million visitors have enjoyed the water park since its 2008 opening.

In 2016, Siam Park had the fifth-highest attendance among the top-10 water parks in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

That same year, the park reached its first one million total of visitors, having seen a 15.6% growth against the 2015 figures.

Thus, Siam Park has again reinforced its position as the top leisure option in the Canary Islands, on a regional and international level.

In addition to its latest record, the park was also named Best Water Park in the World in 2017 by TripAdvisor for the fourth consecutive year, as well as best water park in Europe (through obtaining the European Star Award six years running).

Looking ahead, 2018 promises to a big year for Siam Park because the park will be celebrating its 10th anniversary, with new attractions and surprises for visitors of all ages.

Siam Park has taken into consideration all the suggestions received, especially from families, and it will continue to develop new projects to ensure that everyone can savour the best experience possible in this authentic Water Kingdom.
