Ed heads way forward

MARILYNS ‘A’ definitely mean business this season, Ed leading from the front with a 180 and 104 check-out, as his team visited Palms Pool Bar.

They came away with a 7-1 win, and Dennis lit up the show as well, with his own 180.

Phoenix Bar won’t be far away, as usual, because they put an unfortunate Red Devils team to the sword, winning 8-0, thanks to their superior finishing shining through again.

Suters 20.30 Crew put in another winning performance as they strolled to a 7-1 win at Picasso’s, for whom Chas contributed a two-dart, 104 check-out.

Gaffers’ Matt was in top form, helping himself to a maximum, as his team secured a 7-1 success against Buzzin B’s.

Sandys welcomed The Loch-In A for the first time, whose Wayne and Paul each hit a maximum for the second time this season.

And, despite some good darts from the home side, the 6-2 result went to the San Blas boys.

Newly-promoted Legends are finding out about the tough life of First Division darts. They hosted Ourplace Playboys, and Nathan’s 157 check-out, alongside Kill Bill’s 180, left them with a 7-1 defeat.

A great night was had by all at Loch-In, as team Bullseyes romped to an 8-0 win over Nauta Nomads. And, in the derby of derbies, Ourplace Breakaways took control over the Playgirls, and came away with a 6-2 scoreline.

Emerald Lounge B had to pull out all the stops when they entertained Waterfall, and, thanks to Ken’s 180 and a trebles’ win, they completed a 5-3 result.

A similarly-close match saw Scruffy Lads pinch the trebles and the 5-3 win, when they took on Naughty Nautas.

Finally, Nutty Nautas took the trebles to earn a creditable draw against a spirited Sundowners.
