Bomberos take on Internet challenge

ADEJE’S voluntary fire-fighters, the Bomberos, have risen to the Tetris Challenge, sweeping across the internet, involving all emergency services across the world

This new viral challenge, an initiative created by worldwide emergency bodies, is causing the internet to collapse again,

The challenge itself consists of the emergency bodies placing all the necessary equipment, staff and vehicles they would use for an intervention, all in a position as though it were a scene from the famous game. An aerial photograph is then taken and then posted.

The first to practise what has now become a viral challenge were members of the Zurich police department, who decided to place all the equipment, and then take the snapshot with a drone.

The challenge is based on the technique known as “knolling”, which creates compositions with different objects, and the key is to place all objects at perfect, 90-degree angles.

The novelty is spreading like wildfire among security and emergency departments from across the world; Some police officers have even posed for the shot, with either detainees or police dogs.

Adeje’s fire-fighter volunteers were the first to accept the challenge across the Canaries.
