Bianco, your modern Italian experience, with over 25 exciting NEW dishes!

LOCATED in the heart of The Golden Mile, Playa de Las Americas, Bianco by Venture Restaurants has long been known for serving delicious Italian dishes and creative cocktails, by their passionate team.

This sophisticated and stylish modern Italian has been adored by customers for its electric energy and lively atmosphere, since 2006, and is affectionately referred to as “the home of special occasions”, thanks to the lengths that its friendly team go to, ensuring that every single birthday, anniversary, hen party and celebratory dinner are truly unforgettable.

This Summer, Bianco not only freshened up its chic, minimalistic décor, but launched a menu with over 25 exciting NEW dishes, focusing on truly authentic Italian flavours.

Mouth-watering dishes, like the diced lobster and king prawns, tossed in a smoked-lobster bisque, and tomato sauce with a hint of cream, and sautéed with cherry tomatoes and herbs, or the lamb shank alla cacciatora, 8-hour slow-cooked tender lamb shank, braised in a rich porcini cacciatora sauce, and served with Bianco’s creamy polenta.

But don’t worry, your Bianco old favourites, like the house special seafood spaghetti nero, or the chicken zucchini and pancetta over tagliatelle, or the goats’ cheese rustica pizzas are still on the menu, and tasting better than ever.

Venture Restaurants are renowned for making the most of local resources, so, when it came to finding a supplier for their new selection of artisan burrata, they didn’t have to look too far. Santa Barbara, a family-owned-and-operated farm in Fañabé, are suppling a deliciously-indulgent range of rich burrata for Bianco. The menu selection includes fresh burrata with a sprinkling of smoked, sea-salt flakes, award-winning extra-virgin Picual olive oil, and slices of fresh Italian black truffle, as well as burrata over slightly-smoked aubergine caviar, and delicious slices of prosciutto parma ham.
