CORONAVIRUS UPDATE 31.03.2020
The Ministry of Health has updated coronavirus cases as of 8pm last night in the Canary Islands.
There are 58 more cases than the day before in the islands as follows:
Tenerife - 741 cases
Gran Canaria - 365 cases
La Palma – 62 cases
Lanzarote – 51 cases
Fuerteventura – 32 cases
La Gomera - 8 cases
El Hierro – 3 cases
La Graciosa - 0 cases
In total there are 1,150 active cases in the Canary Islands with 55 deaths, and 57 have recovered.
Of these, 483 people are hospitalized, 94 of them in ICU.
There are now also 252 health workers infected.
