The German airline is developing a special summer program that includes Fuerteventura from eight airports.

The plan, which would be activated from the end of June, includes 300 weekly flights from eight German airports to 29 destinations, including Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.

According to information provided by the Fuerteventura Tourist Board from the specialized travel portal fvw.de, “the company's CEO, Ralf Teckentrup, wants to bring as many holidaymakers as possible to southern Europe for the start of the summer holidays".

In the plan, travellers will have to follow strict security measures according to Teckentrup, who is also the chairman of the airline association BDF, Condor will apply all protection measures in accordance with the German air traffic industry package of measures.

On board, he said, face mask protection for tourists and cabin crew would be mandatory until August 31st, 2020. In addition, Teckentrup notes "high air quality and on-board circulation, which is comparable to the operating rooms of German hospitals". However, he clarifies that "there will be no empty central seats".

Condor's travel plan includes flights to Fuerteventura from eight German cities, up to five days a week, in the case of Düsseldorf and Frankfurt airports. While from Hamburg it would be reduced to four days a week, and from Munich three days, and two from Berlin, Hannover, Leipzig, Stuttgart and Berlin.
