Canaries coronavirus update: 3 more days with no deaths

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health at 8pm, the Canary Islands now has:

Deaths in last 24 hours: 0
Total deaths: 155
New cases: 5
Total cases: 2,312
Discharges in last 24 hours: 33
Total discharges: 1,685
Active cases: 472

By islands, the most affected continues to be Tenerife, which has 1,555 reported cases, followed by Gran Canaria, with 571; La Palma, with 80; Lanzarote, with 74; Fuerteventura, with 24; La Gomera, with 7, and El Hierro, with 1.

As for deaths, Tenerife records 109, followed by Gran Canaria (38), Lanzarote (5) and La Palma (3).

The most affected age group continues to be that of the elderly between 80 and 89 years.
