Coronavirus update: Only two people hospitalized both in Gran Canaria
All 5 people discharged yesterday were in Tenerife, including the last person being treated in the islands hospital, meaning there are no patients hospitalized in Tenerife.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health the Canary Islands now has:
Deaths: 0 for 20 days
Total deaths: 162
New cases: 4
Total cases: 2,445
Discharges in last 24 hours: 5
Total discharges: 2,223
Active cases: 60
Of the active cases: 58 are at home/isolation, 1 is in a hospital ward, and 1 is in Intensive Care, both in Gran Canaria.
The new cases are as follows: 3 in Tenerife, and 1 in Fuerteventura, and all 5 'altas' in Tenerife.
In total, 152,606 PCR tests have been performed so far.

23 in Tenerife;
9 in Gran Canaria;
