Another good win for CD Tenerife in last minute!
CD Tenerife beat another top four team, and in turn, have become a side that must be taken into account for a playoff place in this final stretch of competition.

This time Baraja's men struck against one of the clear favourites for promotion, away at the billionaire club, Almería.

In the second half both teams looked for a way through, and Tenerife didn't seemed overwhelmed in any way by their top four opposition.
In tbe 89th minute the game changed when Balliu got sent off for Almería for a second bookable offense, and CDT took full advantage.
In the final attack of the game, Alex Bermejo got on the end of a good cross and volleyed the ball home from 10 yards out to seal a good, and important win in the 92nd minute for Tenerife.
With guaranteed safety in the league, they are now pushing for a playoff place and performing well against teams expected to beat them.
