X-Men finally up and running - 26.06.2009
AT the sixth time of asking, X-Men have won a match in the first division of the Oasis Fm Darts League.

The Silencians did it in style as well, battering fellow-strugglers Beer Engine 7-1 to move off the bottom. They are replaced by Yelas Bar, who themselves produced a brilliant display.
They held high-fliers Whippys A 4-4, and will be justifiably proud of their night’s work. The challenge for them now is to match that performance at the Phoenix Bar tonight (Friday).
Exiles stay top after a 7-1 win at The Knights, and they opened up a nine-point gap as Bar 180 had a free week, as did Bar El Sol.
Mally Boo got themselves back in contention with a whitewash of Tenerife Sons, while Nauta A did the same against Mr Booze. Elsewhere, Tenerife Sun and Target A drew, and Phoenix edged out Amigos 5-3.
Target Headbangers stretched their lead at the top of Division Two to six points after smashing Naughty Nautas 7-1.
But Our Place Flukers are hot on their tails after winning 7-1 against Phoenix Flames. Sundowners drop to third, despite winning 5-3 at Our Place Playgirls.
The Tavern are going well at the moment. Their 7-1 win at Trap Door sends them fourth, five points ahead of Paddy O’Taffys, who drew with Pig In The Dip.
Strikers have a game in hand, and they are not to be written off following a useful 6-2 success over Toscales Ensecan.
The Barracudas won again, this time against the Warriors, and Whippys B beat Amigos Bad Girls 6-2.
